Domestic Shipping
Most merchandise will be shipped using UPS. Smaller accessories (feathers/patches etc) will be shipped using USPS.
Orders for merchandise which is in stock will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delays / cancellations may occur if an item is not in stock, and if that is the case, you will be contacted by customer service. Please allow extra time for orders placed on weekends / public holidays.
Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for any order with added customizations.
For any expedited shipping services, orders placed before 10am CT will ship on the same day (excluding weekends/public holidays). Orders placed after 10am CT will ship next business day. Once a package is in transit, any shipping delays are the responsibility of the carrier.
International Shipping
Shipping info: Please allow time for customs clearance, and please keep in mind that the total cost of your order does not include the additional customs fees associated with all international orders. These fees vary depending on the country, and unfortunately, we cannot estimate the amount.
Once shipped, hatWRKS claims no responsibility for delivery time.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
Derby Orders
Shipping info: Due to the nature of the season, we do not accept returns or exchanges on derby / fascinator purchases.
