PORK PIE
named after their resemblance to the english pork pie pastry. we consider a pork pie to have a telescope crown with a snappy to medium width brim. generally low crown but can vary in telescope ~ round, egg oval, diamond. ~if you pinch it, we'll call that a pinched pork pie :)
