ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your purchase, but in the event that it doesn’t suit or doesn’t fit, we will offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Here’s what you need to know:
- All merchandise must be unused with all original tags and box.
- Only full price, non-customized merchandise is eligible for refund or exchange. Sale, special orders, hatWRKS Originals & custom merchandise are not eligible. hatWRKS Originals may be exchanged for another style or store credit. Sale, special orders & custom merchandise are final sale.
- Domestic Return/Exchange shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
- No international returns or exchanges.
- All refund/exchanges must have a return authorization. Just shoot us an email at hatWRKS@gmail.com with your order # and items/reason for return/exchange. If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know what style, color and size you wish to exchange for so we can check stock and reserve it for you.
